Appointment Policy

All grooming appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

Health and Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations including rabies. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or behavioral concerns prior to your appointment so we can provide the safest possible care.

Matting Policy

Severely matted coats may require additional handling time and cost, or in some cases a shave-down for the comfort and safety of the dog. We will notify you before proceeding if this situation arises.

Liability

Paws and Suds takes every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that grooming involves some inherent risk and agree that Paws and Suds is not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues that arise as a result of undisclosed health problems.

Pricing

Pricing may vary based on dog size, coat condition, and services selected. Exact pricing will be discussed at the time of booking or upon drop-off.
